Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking. The remainder cost of your shoot is due on the day of the shoot. Your deposit does go toward your overall cost. Your booking is not finalized until the deposit is received.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We try to be as flexible as possible with payment methods. However, our preferred payment methods are Zelle, ApplePay, CashApp, and cash. Checks are accepted for major organizations, but not for individuals.


When will we receive our photos?

Photos will be delivered via a Dropbox link within 5-10 business days of your shoot. Delivery days vary due to our current workload. Your Dropbox link will stay active for 365 days. Rush deliver (1-3 business days) is available at an additional cost.


Yes, we do travel! Complex Captures is based out of Atlanta, but we are open to travel at an additional cost. If within driving distance (5 hours or less), there will be a charge of $20/hr to and from our home base. If travel is more than 5 hours away, you will need to cover flight and room costs to be determined by you, the client, and finalized by us, the creatives.

What about video projects?

Yes, we offer video services as well. Pricing for video vary depending on the nature of the project, and start at $1000. Contact us directly for a quote.


We understand that sometimes life happens and it may lead you to need to cancel or reschedule. If you are wanting to reschedule, please contact us immediately. Your deposit can be used at a later date (up to 90 days from original booking) towards a shoot of the same package and under the same name as originally booked. If you are wanting to cancel, we are sad to no longer have the opportunity to work with you, but please note that deposits are non-refundable.
